Conyers provided Cayman Islands legal advice to Asia-express Logistics Holdings Limited in connection with its HK$60 million initial public offering of 120,000,000 shares on the GEM Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock code: 8620).
Headquartered in Hong Kong, Asia-express Logistics Holdings Limited has been providing air cargo ground services for over 20 years. It was, according to the Airports Council International, the world’s largest international air cargo airport in 2018.
