Conyers acted as Cayman counsel to Capxon International Electronic Company Limited (the “Company”) in connection with its HK$150 million privatisation by Value Management Holding Limited by way of a scheme of arrangement under Cayman law and its subsequent delisting from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The Company is the leading manufacturer in the industry with the ability to vertically integrate aluminum electrolytic capacitors with anode aluminum foils.
