Conyers provided British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands legal advice to China Gas Industry Investment Holdings Co. Ltd. (“China Gas Industry”) in connection with its HK$411 million global offering of 300,000,000 shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. (Stock Code: 1940)
China Gas Industry is an industrial gas supplier that provides pipeline and liquefied industrial gas as well as gas transmission services.
