Conyers provided Bermuda and British Virgin Islands legal advice to CK Infrastructure Holdings Limited (“CKI”) in connection with the issuance of US$300 million 4.20% Guaranteed Perpetual Capital Securities by Cheung Kong Infrastructure Finance (BVI) Limited and guaranteed by CK Infrastructure Holdings Limited.
CKI is a global infrastructure company with diversified investments in energy infrastructure, transportation infrastructure, water infrastructure, waste management, waste-to-energy, household infrastructure and infrastructure related businesses. Its investments and operations cover Hong Kong, Mainland China, the United Kingdom, Continental Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the United States. Listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong in July 1996, CKI’s market capitalisation was over HK$120 billion as of 30 June, 2021.
