Conyers provided Cayman Islands legal advice to CTR Holdings Limited (CTR) in connection with its HK$126 million (US$27 million) initial public offering of 350,000,000 shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock code: 1416).
Based in Singapore, CTR is a contractor providing engineering services, specializing in structural engineering and wet architectural works.
