Conyers provided British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands legal advice to Evergrande Property Services Group Limited (“Evergrande Property”) in connection with its HK$1.427 billion global offering of 1,621,622,000 shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock Code: 6666)
Founded in 1997, Evergrande Property is a subsidiary of a Fortune 500 company, China Evergrande Group. It is a property management service provider that manages a wide-range of mid to high-end residential properties, office buildings and commercial properties etc. in over 290 cities in China.
