Conyers provided British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands legal advice to Golden Wheel Tiandi Holdings Company Limited (the Company) in connection with its offer to purchase for cash its outstanding US$400 million 7.00% senior notes due 2021.
The Company is a China-based investment holding company engaged primarily with property related businesses. It operates through two business segments: property development and property leasing. The Company is also involved in property operation management through its subsidiaries.
