Conyers provided British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands legal advice to Pangaea Connectivity Technology Limited (“Pangaea”) in connection with its HK$145 million global offering of 250,000,000 shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock Code: 1473).
Pangaea was founded in 1990 and distributes connectivity products worldwide for more than 30 years. It manufactures and sells circulators, frequency generators and other products.
