Conyers provided Bermuda legal advice to Southwest Securities International Securities Limited (the “Company”) in connection with its issue of an aggregate principal amount of US$178 million 4.0% guaranteed bonds due 2024.
The Company is an integrated financial institution that offers a wide range of financial products and services in Hong Kong including brokerage and margin financing, corporate finance, asset management and proprietary trading.
