Conyers provided Cayman legal advice to TEM Holdings Limited (“TEM”) in its privatization by way of a scheme of arrangement between TEM and its scheme shareholders pursuant to an offer by Jumbo Planet Group which valued TEM at about HK$12.825 million and its delisting from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Serving for more than 20 years, TEM operates as a holding company and manufactures electrical products such as power supply cords, wires and cables through its subsidiaries.
