Conyers provided Cayman Islands legal advice to New Oriental Education & Technology Group Inc. (the “Company”) in connection with its issue of an aggregate amount of US$300 million 2.125% bonds due 2025.
The Company is the largest provider of private educational services in China based on the number of program offerings, total student enrollments and geographic presence. The Company’s educational services primarily consist of language training and test preparation, pre-school, primary and secondary school education, online education, content development and distribution, overseas study consulting services, and study tours.
