Conyers provided Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands legal advice to Sunkwan Properties Group Limited (the “Company”) in connection with its HK$1.1 billion initial public offering of 500,000,000 shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock code: 6900).
The Company is a growing property developer with comprehensive experience focusing on the Yangtze River Delta Economic Region in PRC.
