Conyers Dill & Pearman provided British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands legal advice to Furniweb Holdings Limited (the “Company”) in connection with its HK$63 million initial public offering (IPO) of 126,000,000 Offer Shares on the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock code: 8480).
Furniweb Holdings Limited manufactures and sells elastic textile and webbing products in Malaysia, Vietnam, rest of the Asia Pacific, Europe, North America and internationally. The Company provides elastic textile products including covered elastic yarns and narrow elastic fabrics; webbing products for furniture and seat belt webbing products. It also offers rubber tapes or strips; and metal components for furniture, such as recliner mechanisms and bed frames. Its products are used in textile and apparel, industrial and household, furniture, automotive, food packaging, agriculture and medical applications. The Company was founded in 1987 and is headquartered in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, Malaysia.
